FABRIC CARE GUIDE

COTTON

Cotton is soft, breathable, and gentle on skin — often used for our linings to make dresses opaque or everyday wear.
How to care:
  • Machine wash (30° max.)
  • Use a mild detergent
  • Avoid fabric softeners — they can break down natural fibers over time
  • Hang to dry
  • Iron on low to medium heat if needed
Tips: To preserve cotton's softness, avoid over-washing.

LINEN

Linen is a breathable, natural fiber known for its durability and timeless texture.
How to care:
  • Machine wash cold on gentle cycle, or hand wash
  • Use a mild, natural detergent
  • Avoid bleach and harsh chemicals
  • Hang or lay flat to dry; avoid tumble drying
  • Iron on low to medium heat
  • Expect 3-5% natural shrinkage after the first wash
Note: Linen softens with each wash — this is part of its unique properties!

BAMBOO VISCOSE

Bamboo viscose is luxuriously soft, naturally antibacterial and eco-conscious.
How to care:
  • Hand wash or machine wash cold (20°) on delicate cycle
  • Use gentle detergent
  • Do not bleach
  • Lay flat or hang to dry
  • Avoid tumble drying
  • Steam or iron on low heat if necessary
Tip: Bamboo fabric is delicate when wet—avoid wringing or twisting.

LIGHTWEIGHT FABRICS (E.G. POLYESTER)

  • Use a gentle detergent
  • Do not bleach
  • Hang or lay flat to dry
