Conditions for a return
To ensure that a return can be processed smoothly, we ask you to pay attention to the following points:
1. Items must be in new condition : unworn, unwashed, and free from stains, odors, or other signs of wear.
2. Please try on garments carefully (ideally without makeup, perfume, deodorant, or jewelry to avoid residue)
3. The return must be made in the original packaging.
Returns that do not meet these criteria cannot be considered.
How the return works
1. Be sure to register your return using this form.
Note: Please note that returns without prior notification via our return form cannot be considered within the scope of the statutory right of withdrawal.
2. Please include a note with your order number in the package – otherwise the return cannot be assigned!
3. Return the item well protected to the specified return address.
Return costs
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrectly delivered – in which case we will, of course, cover the return shipping costs.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will refund the corresponding amount within 3-5 business days using your original payment method.
