Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.
The right of withdrawal is excluded for:
Sealed products that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, if their seal has been removed after delivery;
as well as used or heavily soiled items, whose condition makes reuse or resale unreasonable.
Gifts must be returned in the event of both partial and full withdrawal.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (IMANE the Label, Im Vogelsang 5, 56154 Boppard, Germany, info@imanethelabel.com, phone: +49 173 1026944) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email).
You may use the attached model withdrawal form, although it is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract.
We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Improper Returns
If a return is made in which the right of withdrawal no longer applies (e.g. removed hygiene seals or heavily soiled, non-resellable goods), we reserve the right to reject the return and send the item(s) back to you.
In such cases, you will be charged for the cost of re-shipping:
€5.49 within Germany, €17.49 within Europe.

Special Notes
If you finance this contract by a loan and later withdraw from it, you are also no longer bound by the loan agreement, provided that both contracts form an economic unit. This is particularly to be assumed if we are also your lender or if your lender uses our cooperation in the financing process.
If the loan has already been received by us at the time the withdrawal becomes effective, your lender will assume our rights and obligations under the financed contract with respect to you in connection with the legal consequences of the withdrawal or the return of goods.
This shall not apply if the present contract concerns the acquisition of financial instruments (e.g. securities, foreign exchange, or derivatives).
If you wish to avoid a binding contractual relationship as far as possible, make use of your right of withdrawal and also withdraw from the loan agreement if you are entitled to a right of withdrawal in that regard.
Return Shipping Costs and Customs Duties for International Orders
In the event of a withdrawal (right of cancellation) or refusal to accept the delivery from outside Germany, the buyer is responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods. This also includes any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees that may be incurred during the return shipment – for example, when the package re-enters the EU or Germany.
Original shipping costs (outbound shipping) will not be refunded for orders shipped outside of Germany.
If the package is returned to us due to refusal of delivery or failure to pay customs duties, we reserve the right to deduct any return shipping costs and applicable customs charges from the refund amount.
